Mentally Challenged Annadhanam

Those with mental illness are in a state where they cannot take care of themselves. Therefore, showing compassion towards them is an important duty of our life. Maha Periyava has blessed us with the teaching that satisfying their hunger is equivalent to performing worship to the Supreme Lord (Parameshwara).
